On this beautiful Monday, I am thankful for the color "Blue." Without it we would have no sky, or ocean, there would be no bluebirds to sing, how about blue jeans, and blue eyes or blue berries. You always have the best graphics! I love blue everything, it's my favorite color and I guess the blue of Lake Huron or Lake Michigan is my fave! They are just the most beautiful aqua marine blue! Hugs and Happy Monday too! Cindy
Blue bells and cornflower plants (blue ones)-blue eyes- blue is a wonderful color!
My favorite blue things are the blue of the ocean, specially in Hawaii! The beautiful skies of Arizona, against the mountains. The blue of my aunt's lake in Michigan...and believe it or not, I am so thankful the blue of my eyes! Those are all my absolute blue favs...but there are so many others. Like the beauty of a brand new baby is a soft blue blanket...you can hardly beat that can you???
One of my fav things is the vibrant blue of the Blue Jays at my birdfeeders!!

The blue things that I love the most and am most thankful for are my grand-children's blue eyes. A more perfect color I've never seen...
Hi Sherry...what a nice post today! Blue in my home or in clothing is not my favorite, as it is so serene, it puts me to sleep...however, I simply love a blue sky...I love warm weather, without clouds or rain, just the blue of the sky. I also like the blue of my swimming pool, or anyone's swimming pool! I like blue bath salts in my tub, the rich aqua and teal blues. And I love midnight blue in taffeta...I had a skirt made from that fabric when I was 10 and I adored it.

This reminds me of Elvis..."I'll have a BLUE Christmas without you". Okay, seriously tho, I love all shades of blue. As you say, blue jeans [one of the most favorite of mine...long legged and SHORTS]....you failed to mention Blue Sapphire. I do like those pieces of nature! And cobalt blue glass stuff. I guess I could go on and on.
My favorite blue are my daughter's gorgeous blue eyes. She just turned 21, and they can still melt me into a little bitty puddle! Have a wonderful week. Kathy
Hi Sherry, I love blueberries too, but I'm gonna go with my all time favorite car, and say a BLUE '69 CAMARO, LOL!!!!!! The blue Christmas for me will come next year, as my son will be leaving for basic in June:(

I too LOVE the color blue. My favorite's probably are all the gorgeous blue eyes that started with my hubby's. Three of my kids got those babies, and now 3 of my grandkids have been blessed as well. But I love the color of the sky on a clear crisp day, and the blue ocean that you can see through in Hawaii. Isn'

My favorite blue thing is the lake, sky and my son's room.
I like blue pens, i have an entire container on my desk, they show up better than black and you know you have an original signature in blue and it is better than red because red makes me think that i did it wrong ... :)

I think that is a great idea....listing things we are thankful for in colors... I am sure we would think of things we normally would not. I spent some years growing up on a blueberry farm ,when young. I love blueberries! My grandmother used to make home made blueberry pie. oh so good! I have been seeing alot of blue birds lately through my windows. A few years ago, we went to St. Marteen. I had never seen such beautiful blue seas as there. We came home and painted our then orange kitchen to match the blue from the island ocean. Blessings and thanks for this lovely post!

Diabetes is not fun. I am not having to use insulin very much. My sugars run low most of the time unless I am on antibiotics... then they run sky high. I am able to control mine with diet... very strict diet. I am getting used to the finger pricks... never thought I would be able to admit that. Was terrified when I began this part of the journey.
Hi Sherry, my vote would have to go for blue water on a white sandy beach and blue skies, both are hard to come by up here in Washington where gray skies and murky dark water are the norm. I wish you a wonderful week!
Hi Sherry! Thank you so much for finding my blog and offering such beautiful words of encouragement and support, as well as sharing with me the loss of your niece. My husband passed away Oct.26th...he courageously battled Multiple Myeloma and Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma for the past four years (two years longer than doctors expected). He was 49..and will always be the light in my life. My favorite "blue thing" will always be his blue jeans.

Blue is always my favorite color! My Blue and white dishes make me happy! I love to be in my kitchen or setting the table with blue.....It just always looks good to me. :)
