Loving Memories of the desert,
Angel butterflies Around Me,
And my Beautiful Boston Terrier, Bruiser.
A gorgeous day
With my Gorgeous Sis, Marydon.
With my Gorgeous Sis, Marydon.
Oh what laughter we had that day.
And she didn't think she would like the desert.
An angel butterfly that flittered around me.
While working in the yard one day.
Where ever I moved in the yard,
She followed me.
And here is Bruiser alias "Handsome".
He always shows his little teeth.
He is wearing a scarf this year,
Not up to a costume. Priceless.
Today I am joining:
Marydon @ Blushing Rose
For Monday, Love Is
And
Donna @ Brynwood Needleworks
For Memory Lane Monday.
Please stop by both of these blogs,
Join in the fun and share a Monday.
These ladies would love to have you.
My flowers are back in beauty.
Thank goodness we are coming
Into the gorgeous Fall weather
Here in the desert.
These I planted for my Sis, Marydon.
She loves yellow petunias.
So here ya go Sis.
You may have the snowflakes,
But I have the yellow Petunias.
Pansy faces peeking out
As you walk down the sidewalk.
Lavendar blooming as well.
Smells so heavenly.
See my little Halloween
Solar light.
Dollar Store special.
Dollar Store special.
My mums are starting to bloom.
Snapdragons still blooming.
See my little turkey garden flag?
Special at the thrift store.
91 cents, can you believe it?
Fairies peeking out of the garden as well.
They used to be on a stake.
The stakes broke, so now I just sit
Them in the pot. Love them.
I hope you have enjoyed my post today.
A little Love Is...
A little Memory Lane Monday...
A stroll in my front gardens.
As always,
Thank you for stopping by,
My little piece of heaven,
Here in the desert,
That I so love to call home.
Country hugs and much love,

I got all 100 geraniums OUT of the ground the day before the snow & repotted to go in the garage under lights for the winter. Thank HEAVEN I beat the snow. My impatiens are peeking their wee heads thru the snow.
Oh, you betcha I love those yellow petunias. TY for planting some for me.
Your garden florals are lovely. I get to enjoy this lovely white fluffy stuff for a day or 2 more.

Happy Halloween.
Hi Sherry:
Happy Halloween. So glad you joined us for Memory Lane Monday. Such a sweet photo (and tribute) to your sister. We're so fortunate that we moved to places that don't have snow. I couldn't even imagine being back in the "white stuff"!
Thanks for your little stroll down Memory Lane!
xoxo

Hi Sherry, I hope you have enjoyed a happy HaPpy Halloween. Now we are off to get ready for the Holiday season. I am officially in the Christmas mood (^.-)
Happy first of November xx
Hi Sherry...So good to see ya back in blogland. My goodness but time flies when your havin' fun bloggin' and livin' life. I've been doing lots of both without much time for visiting, so I'm just droppin' in to say Howdy, and invite you to stop by CollectInTexas Gal.
As times change for all of us, our Blogs seem to reflect those changes in our interests, and CITexas Gal has changed a bit with the addition of Tracks of My Texas Ancestors. Yep, I've been bitten by the Genealogy Bloggin' Bug.
I'd love to share the Blogging Genealogy Community with you. I hope you will have a minute to stop by and see/read the 'May I Introduce You To' interview Feature on CollectInTexas Gal/Tracks of My Texas Ancestors by GeneaBlogger.

Beautiful pictures. I love my sister time too. It doesn't happen much with us nearly 1000 miles apart. I love lavender... all of them are gorgeous.
your flowers are looking so pretty. I have not gotten my fall pansies in yet, better get with it!
I could do very well "wintering" in Arizona. Did I ever tell you that my son (the one who just passed away)he and his wife lived in Prescott for a couple of years.
We had SNOW yesterday
Your flowers are so pretty. Believe it or not, mine are still blooming even though we have had a couple of frosts. It is 70 and sunny today, perfect fall weather. Make sure you pop over and see the new four-legged baby that came to live at our house on Saturday!
I love the photos and your beautiful flowers, too! I'm having a BIG giveaway! Hope you can stop by soon! ♥
Wonderful memories and I love the pics of you and Marydon together.
How sweet to have flowers planted just for your sis.
I am jealous my lavender has not bloomed in months and months. Maybe the heat was just too much this year.
Glad you shared your lovely garden with us and Marydon
Love
Maggie
