Look who stopped by for Halloween last night?
Please pop over and say hello if you haven't
been blessed by Julie. She will have you
you scrapbooking, making cards and
flowers in no time. (Just a few of her
many talents.) Now where was I?
Oh yes. Julie, brought Barbie, I mean
Miss Brookie by to trick or treat. Now
isn't she the most precious thing ever?
She told me she had a blonde wig, like
Barbie, but it fell apart, so she wore
her own. Isn't that just priceless?
her own. Isn't that just priceless?
Now look at this group of trick or treaters.
Aren't they just the cutest bunch ever?
Left to right: Dandy is Julie's little dog, and
he came dressed as Woody from Toy Story.
Hat and all. Isn't he precious. Then we have
Adam. Adam is Julie's son, and he was a
good sport and popped in the photo so that
we could get a picture of Dandy. Thank you
Adam. (Isn't he handsome?)
Next we have my grand daughter Destiny.
She went dressed as a baseball player. Her Mom
She went dressed as a baseball player. Her Mom
(my daughter Heidi, painted her face mask.)
I'll show a close up in one of the next photos.
Then of course we have Miss Brookie.
Woops, I mean Barbie.
And that little cutie in the red and black?
Well that is my grand daughter, Miss Isabel.
She went as the Joker's daughter.
Thank you Julie and family for stopping
by for Halloween. I love seeing you.
A close up of Miss Isabel...
This smile is for you Sis.
She wanted you to see her costume.
Miss Destiny. Love her painted mask.
Her Momma also painted the cute little
butterfly tattoo on her tummy. (She used
liquid eyeliner and glitter.) Love it.
I asked Bruiser to smile at the camera, you can see
he is blowing me a raspberry. He did not want to smile.
The little pug, dressed as a bee, is my daughter's
little guy. His name is Cesear and he loves to come
and play with Bruiser. Bruiser ignores him. He is
having nothing to do with him. Between you and me?
I think he really likes him, he just doesn't want Cesear
to know that just yet. Perhaps one day? Nahhhhh...
Isabel will be 12 years old in December. She is in the
6th grade and runs Cross Country. Today was her first
meet of the season. Tony and I took off early today so
we could go and watch her run. This is Isabel running
behind the fence on the track. She is catching up with
the boys. I love watching her run. Run Izzy Run...
And there she goes. Moving on up the line.
Run Izzy Run...
Yea... Isabel placed 5th.
That is SO great. There were
SO many kids running today in her
age group. We are so proud.
Congratulations Isabel.
You are totally AWESOME. Totally.
Congratulations Isabel.
You are totally AWESOME. Totally.
What a fun afternoon. I love watching the grands
growing up and finding themselves in this world.
I hope you enjoyed running along as well.
Have a glorious Wednesday tomorrow.
As always,
thank you for stopping by,
my little piece of heaven,
here in the desert, that I so love,
to call home.
Country hugs and much love,
