I was going to meet my Blogging Friend Myra,
And I wanted to make something special for her.
I decided on a book. One she could put photos in.
Above is the finished product. I so love the face.
I used old Scrabble tiles to spell out her name.
Several layers of lace and trim on the side,
Along with a key. I loved it.
I added some paper burlap to the back, and then
a couple of photo corners, along with rick rack.
I loved the finished look that it gave.
This is beautiful Myra. Her blog is:
If you haven't met Myra, you must
stop by. She has the most gentle soul,
and giving heart. Her Christianity
Just shines. What a blessing she is to me.
I think she loved her book.
Look at my beautiful gift of love.
I love the butterfly.
Isn't it gorgeous and free?
Angel butterfly for me.
Myra bought me this gorgeous
Inspiration thoughts book on
Life, Love and Laughter.
I love this page:
Live Happy.
Just look at this gorgeous
chicken salad sandwich
chicken salad sandwich
we had at The Cheesecake Factory.
Yum was it ever good.
Our waiter, Anthony, took this
beautiful photo for us. We had
SO much fun. We even called
Sis, Marydon to say hello. We
missed you Dear Sis. Carried
you in my heart today.
As always,
thank you for stopping by,
my little piece of heaven,
here in the desert,
that I so love to call home.
Country hugs and much love,

We don't have the Cheesecake Factory here but I've heard about it and tasted their cheesecake! When we went to visit my son Corey and his fiancee Kristen a few weeks ago, they had crossed the border into Buffalo and gone to eat at the Cheesecake Factory and brought home 4 different slices of cheesecake for us to try....one word...YUMMMMMY! They both said how delicious the food was there:-) xoxo
looks cute.. XD
